Summer cruises from Kasnäs depart 1.6-31.8.2010 every day with the following time-table:

11.00 Kasnäs - Rosala 11.30

13.15 Rosala - Bengtskär 14.00

16.30 Bengtskär - Kasnäs 17.45.

The price 53 € ( children 26,50 € ) includes boat transport, lunch at the Rosala Viking Centre ( Pike-pearch soup, archipelago bread and coffee ) and entrance fees with guided tours at the Viking Centre and Bengtskär.

Charter traffic from Kasnäs 1.5 - 30.9.2010

There are a dozen boats that can be chartered from Kasnäs and Rosala to Bengtskär from May to September. Charters are booked from Bengtskär Ltd. The ships vary in size, the smallest fit 10 and the largest ( Linnea and Minandra, see left ) 40 passengers. The cost of the boat transfer is a little bit larger than in the daily cruise, since the boat is reserved for your group only, and the time-table is planned according to your needs. Contact us and we will plan a day tailor-made for you!

Landing with your own boat

For private boats we recommend landing on Bengtskär only during very calm weather, because there is no guest harbour, only small docking points around the island. The jetty is reserved for the lighthouse's own cruise- and service transports at all times. Opening hours are 10am to 7pm during the summer, between June 1st and August 31st. Entrance fee including a guided tour is 7 € / person, children 3 €.
